Lewin, Wright & Company is an appraisal-consulting firm with the experience to provide property values, expert witnessing, forensic appraisals, and outsourcing services to clients throughout North America and beyond.

We perform building and equipment appraisals every day. Critical information such as replacement cost, fair market value, actual cash value and proof of loss are assembled by expert asset valuators then presented in printed reports, our own software, or third party programs.


History
Lawrence Lewin has been engaged professionally as an industrial appraiser, analyst and counsellor since 1974 and has served as an expert witness before judicial authorities. He is certified by The American Society of Appraisers as a Machinery & Technical Specialties appraiser, with a specialty in Machinery & Equipment.

Founded in 1986, we have provided expertise in market value studies, actual cash value, replacement cost, proof of loss, expert witnessing, forensic appraisals and in other areas related to the field of property valuation.
